The day is close, the day is near, Christmas time is almost here! Time to clean time to bake, cookies, turkey, Christmas cake! Hang the tinsel on the tree, wrap a package one, two, three, presents wrapped in gold and blue, one for me and two for you! Someone’s lucky, I know who! Little Sam has twenty-two! What’s inside that silver box? Could be blocks or rocks or clocks, I just hope it isn’t socks! Candy canes and Choo-choo trains, dolly’s, puzzles, toy airplanes, ginger bread and mistletoe (not for kissing, just for show) caroling out in the snow, Christmas lights! Oh how they glow!
