"Hey Sol?" I hear Squatch whisper, in the Hummer, in the Dark. We're floating through the ocean so deep and wide and stark. ' What is it Squatch?' I ask him. sensing some strange fear... " Could we maybe sing a song?" " It's awful quiet down hear." ' What song shall we sing my friend?' I asked and sat my seat upright " I'm not sure, its hard to think," " Closed up so tight in here." Behind us I heard Bunny start, his voice sweet and bright, then Lady,Squatch, and I joined in, harmonizing, " This Little Light " " This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine. This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine." "This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine, let it shine let it shine let it shine." We went through all the verses. We sang it in a round. Bunny sang a lot of songs in his home beneath the ground I looked outward through my window, though only darkness did I see' and thought of all the times 'Little Lights' had been there for me. And then I thought of Nessie. Wondered what had made her blue, and glad that four 'Little Lights' could go and help her too. |
