No mediocre heart you'll find, beating inside a poets chest. Mundane thoughts do not enter, a poets imaginings. For passion rules o'er mind and heart, beauty in all the eye beholds. O the joy of one to be, the soulmate of a poet. For there they will find a life, filled with passionate love so deep. Have a friend that is a poet, and a friend you have for life. So let us rejoice, my poet friends, for we know the joy so high, and sorrow so deep, that only a Passionate poet could know! Summers haunting melody that awakens the butterflies, calling them to join the dance in their silent song of praise to God. eL |
