Looking through a veiled window I see the reflection of my dreams. Near yet far, mirrored back at me, lying over what seems a vast distance of space. Love exists there. Not only the love that I can give but also the love that's intended to ricochet back to me. A warm, a caressing, an all consuming fire. I yearn for it - hope for it - desire and need it. Yet the window is impenetrable. I see the love but for the window I can all but feel it. Oh how I yearn to feel it. |

another beautiful poem tonight...you must be inspired(smile) we all yearn for it...look out the window...then open the door...love will eventually find its way in...my doors open wide...and my cat just came in... JM ...there are places inside all our souls... that have never been touched... there are places inside our hearts... that need to be loved this much... Janet Marie *I miss you baby... I love you, always.* |

Awww love...sweet love. I know what you mean Childomine...I always think I'm in a realationship with love but, I always end up being dumped. Someday...someday it will be. --Jamie "I know I should have told you But I was so afraid you'd leave And now there's nothing left to say Well nothing that you'd believe I never meant to hurt you With the things I couldn't say I promise you tomorrow While denying you today..." by Stabbing Westward |

Your free verse is remarkable, child--and this shows it very well. Excellent job you did here! This poem's also true for some. I'm sure they're glad you addressed it. Keep up the great work! Little Spyro T. Dragon |

Childomine, To yearn for love so desperately can be an awful lonely feeling. I sense the inner turmoil here and so well understand how it feels. Your window is penetrable and that love will reach you. Sheila |
