Eerie voices in the night..sing in harmony
soft fluted winds..operatic breeze

Haunting is the darkness..as they play in tune
woodwinds in the night, flutes, oboes, and bassoons

Soft vibrations warm the air..thru bell of clarinet
leaves tango and swirl about..moonlight silhouettes

Music in the night..grand opera of ecstasy
shadows stalk.. orchestra of eternity

Creeping in the darkness, spirits from saxaphone
vampire in the night appears to be dracula's clone

Conductor in the breeze, fangs glistening with blood
curtain of velvet lowers in Theatre of Black Rose Buds

  that eerie music playing.

I can see it now.  I like this one alot.

I've come back to this and re-read it several times.  I was fascinated by your title, was a bassoon major way too many years ago.   I've known a few fanged conductors in my day, too.  Interesting and spooky read, nice for Halloween.
