Celebration In the field where the cats stalk and the bunny lives. Our path well worn bird feeders stocked grasshoppers jump, play. Next to the pond where turtles swim fish jump to feed. Grouse run for cover my arm inviting arm my lady smiles, laughs. It’s her birthday and our anniversary time invested well. Strolling hand in hand as the dog hunts nature goes her rounds. Later, we share fire snuggle, kiss and watch as flames lick the logs. Our world content as we celebrate sharing sweet togetherness. bleeding... "Tis ink coming from his arm, Captain!" |
