Dew drips cascades then drops from her The sun melts and unfolds her slumbering self A breeze blows but nicely shakes her laughing She still can see fleeting sights like memories A touch so brief but the smile it brings long lasting Her scent sends me ever higher I must have her Like pedals peeking perilously over tall green stems My desire for her as mine like flowers dip and sway I know she eyes me like a rose with sharper thorns Her vines though creep eligantly down the hall Tendrals reaching for me and running away Her million eyes and textured lies keep me listening A gaze so deep to drown the weathered traveler Her smile boils and freezes as a thousand hands chase me Pistols begging polination so poisonous not me By any other name she'd be the same **This isn't usually me, and I think this may be pushing 'poetry' just a bit, lemme know what you thought** |

Bob; Not pushing at all, but apsolutely beautiful analogy of a rose and a woman, You have written a very eloquent poem , Bravo! ellie Summers haunting melody that awakens the butterflies, calling them to join the dance in their silent song of praise to God. eL |

Not really that pushy, more like emotional and visual. This is some good stuff and I hope to see some more soon. --Little Girl |
