 The following is a poem my friend and i wrote together about two beautiful things: The Northern Lights and love. If you notice that it doesn`t really follow standard poetry form it`s because we changed it around a bit to fit the words into a song we wrote. You have a light As bright as the Northern Lights You fill spectacular skies With bright pretty colours. What hurts most about loving you Is that you must find your own way And I am not the one To decide my place in your life. You know what you want And you know what you need But letting go and risking Is not an easy thing. Let me take Away all loneliness Let us fill the spaces For one another. I am free with you... You love me... We were written in the stars... Why can`t you see What I`m longing for? Must you hold on To what is familiar? While I am waiting Always waiting... I have someone I know I love I have found you And you`re as real as Those Northern Lights I watched all night last summer Those Northern Lights All night last summer When will the summer come again?
