The Problematic techno-world with files and bits and bytes with software, hard-drives whizzing many wiles and fits and frights. Strange error message windows jeer corruption in our mystic guts. To lose good data stores we fear. Enough to drive the novice NUTS! And not to mention freezes, endless loops and viral strain. We purchase prophyllactic wares as eelskin wallets drain. Does the boon outweigh the pain? And all those gadgets everybody thought they truly needed to make it in this modern scheme, This Bill Gates cybernetic dream. Half of them we can't make work. We want to knock and slap and jerk Percussive therapy like in the good old days when Daddy frammed the TV's side to see why J.R. Eueing died. But that don't work no more. These ain't no toasters on the blink! To fix these strange contraptions you must more than simply think. You must compute and synthesize and trouble-shoot with robot eyes and understand the functions at the sytematic junctions where the RAM shakes hands with ROM. And who is that repairing? Tom? You'd think his name would be J. PEG dash thirty two dot eight dot com. The common man became a whiz. And Bubba knows just what it is that makes your PC blink and snap. Just watch out for his money trap! But that's the "Chip"per world we've made. And through it's marsh we'll choose to wade or surf with fiberoptic style with every month a new upgrade. And Only in this problematic techno world could this fact be: Don't boast about your Porsche today for morning comes, it's Schwinn. You'll see! As Scary as George Orwell's "1984," really enjoyed the poem made me want to throw my computer out the window then I released that I would not be able to respond to your poem then. "I am melancholy, flower cutting through stone" manic street preachers |

Yeah, I know it sounds bad. It's the humourous side of computer pitfalls. I love computers though despite 'em. Especially E'mail and great sites like this one where I get great poetic interaction on a daily basis. |
