In awe at your gems~ Such nice images conjured~ A pat on your back A job well done, allan like the third one best... this path is snowbound--can refer to the harsh obstacles we have to face in life my thoughts are a setting sun---similarly as the sun sets, my thoughts turn miserably dark hiding in brown leaves--like the sun, my positive attitude is hiding somewhere dead do wonder if that was the kind of sentiments you were aiming for..will love to read your take on this one |

wonderful, beautiful much enjoyed. A rock pile ceases to be a rock pile the moment a single man contemplates it, bearing within him the image of a cathedral. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry |

Thank you all very much! snowdrop bends her head wheatstalk whispers in her sleep of ice feather leaves snowdrop = Spring wheatstalk = Summer leaves = Autumn ice = Winter a summer sun sinks dying leaves touch life within growth in melting ice growth = Spring summer sun leaves = Autumn (again) ice = Winter (again) this path is snowbound my thoughts are a setting sun hiding in brown leaves OK - you got me, only 3 here! tiger sky rains hail on a rooftop grass seeds drink thirsty for summer rain = Spring (April showers!) seeds = Spring hail = Winter Summer Ahh! Only 3 again! Kaile, interesting symbolism you've found in there! I didn't intentionally (consciously) use them but the Haiku seems an ideal form for bringing the sub-conscious to light! |
