Will my teacher be upset,
   I've here written half a poem.
If, for help, my brother I get,
   For my brother to finish, if you know him.
Just pump up his fragile ego,
   You know that he will do'et.
His pride'll give in, though not legal,
   Because after all, he's a poet.
It's not like he's done all the work,
   I've written every other line,
Till my teacher finds out, I'll smirk.
   For him to fill in the blanks, he'll do fine,
But what exactly will my teacher know,
   Of the strange unique composition,
Will her senses, both my brother and me show.
   Each taking lines in juxtaposition,
It is obvious if you know the clue,
   Read every other line, you'll see.
Will my teacher discover us two,
   Each set can stand alone independently,
Blended together, one can see contrast.
   But together its a lot of fun,
How long can I make this charade last,
   You get two poems for the price of one.
I want my teacher to think me a whiz,
   And thus this work we intertwine,
I hope she doesn't see it for what it is,
   A product of our brotherly mind!

Well, Good morning, you two! I thought you both dropped off the face of the earth! It was really great to see you guys here and a nice surprise. I love the poem and I can tell who did what half, your styles are each so unique! Great job. Love, Sis C):^)
