Okay, what's the deal here? Firstly to answer your question: Nope, not a clue on the significance of leap year...cept that if you are born on Feb 29, you are forever young! Secondly, has this forum always been here? I never noticed it before today! Either I am going mad or I am going blind or both! *scratching my head* Honestly, this is the first time I have noticed this forum...has it been in hiding?
