MY NOT SO GOOD TIME ON VALINTINES dont get me wrong it is a nice holiday for you but for me it tells me all day he is gone i hope he could give me some flowers or even a kiss would be good but he is goe no why to tell me he is ok and that he loves me untill last valintines day we built a new stadem for the football team he would have loved it he was the star of the team he was there when it was being bulit and did something nobody eles would do he palnted some flowers on the green that said I LOVE U that is the last time i will see it for when football seasone comes they will die based on the book dont die my love |

Personally I think Valintines is overrated. You don't need one day to celebrate your love to someone, when you should already do that the other 364 days. |

Yes, Valentines Day can bring both pleasant and unpleasant feelings. Despite the unpleasant feelings in your poem, however, I enjoyed the story it conveyed. What a thoughtful thing to do -- plant flowers with a message! I'll post one I wrote many years ago for my late wife. She is gone, too, but I still have the poem, and her, in my heart. And believe she took it, and me, with her when she left... --Bill |
