Samhain


Now is come a new samhain
Fettered is the gremlin bane
Bards sing ballads to the night
Spirits dance amidst moonlight

Music floating on the air
Souls unleashed and spirits flare
Fairy wings disturb the veil
Angels speak and phantoms wail

By the glow of fire light
Verses read to bless the night
And I grasping my athame
I can hear them call my name
