You'd think this time of year, this site
Would be alive, but no.
Deserting it each one has found
Another place to go.

I guess I'll give another try
Since New Year's Eve is here.
There should be lots to write about
With a new start so near.

Resolutions and lovely plans
Should be filling my head;
But the cold I got for Christmas
Is filling it instead.

I'm staying home alone tonight,
So I give no one the flu.
But I can utilize this place
To say, "Habby Doo Year," to you!!!
