I wrote this as a Christmas poem almost 13 years ago; A Hearlding to the World about the new born King of Kings…. **************************************************** "A Night In The Manger" “Lo; this day, a King is born in Bethlehem, A Savior to bear the burdens of our sins. Born in a manger; laid upon the hay. For in the Inn, there was no room to stay. A king to comfort the poor, To strengthen the weak ever more. Angels greet shepherds with the cry; “Glory to God in the Highest!!!” In the East, a Star doth shine, Guiding King’s of the Orient; most fine; Onward to Bethlehem, to worship a new child King. From Heaven’s multitude, great tidings ring. The baby; Jesus, sleeps amongst the flock, The mystries of Ages, He shall unlock. The Son of God is “Thee” King forever shall he be.
