Celebrating being ALIVE!!

Browsing through these forums,
So much sadness I have seen.
People wailing and moaning,
Venting so much spleen.

Poetry is full of passion
And oft it’s sad tis true,
But why do many want to die,
Feel alone, lost and blue?

My soul is feeling weary,
Of seeing so many tears.
I want make it all better,
But I can’t I fear.

Nipping into holiday cheer,
Brief shelter from the strife,
Come on in and dance with me
Join in the celebration of LIFE!!!

*I think it’s just me but I seem to have read so many depressing poems in Piptalk lately…just felt like a bit of holiday cheer, but please move this if it doesn’t belong here*

I've discovered that most poetry is inspired from pain...I love finding upbeat or reflective works such as this. Great Job! ~DW~

A National Celebration of Life day. Nothing political...no one's birthday...no big business gaining dollars on the dime for such a Celebration...why Liz, I do think you're on to something here!!!
