THE LIGHTHOUSE

As the Water crashes Hard against the Lighthouse
does it Crumble from the Pressure it Feels
or does it Stand Protected by the Arms that Hold it
for in God's Care its Made of Steel

Like the Life that we all Live
full of Stress & Troubles everyday
We Too are Like the Lighthouse
for God Protects us Along our Way

Befalling us are the Raging Waters
that Try to Consume us at Times
but God's Arms are There to Hold us
Reassuring that All will be Fine

The Lighthouse has a Beacon of Light
that Radiates across the Sea
We have Faith that Shines so Bright
that is the Lighthouse in You and Me

The devil Uses what God created
such as the Beauty of the Sea
and he Tries to Turn it into a Flood
forgetting Through Jesus We are Free

So next Time you Feel attacked
Alone or just Blue
Remember God's ever Lasting Lighthouse
and His Beacon that Shines to See you Through
