Responsibility ------------------- That there is no God and no Devil, no Heaven and no Hell, in fact no divine authority of retribution, only serves to raise the stakes. --------------------- Sometimes ignorance really is bliss, but not if we realize that the true treasure is innocence, not ignorance, and that the former can be regained. |

Carl I like your statement about regained innocence as being the true traesure, over ignorance. In ignorance, a lot of bold claims are made/in innocence a lot of wonderful belssings are gains--It is our responsibility to find & uphold the true. Thank you for your poem, and WELCOME to this Forum-- you are among friends here. God bless you, David |

Welcome. Nice first post, a lot of truth in few lines. I admire that talent as I'm such a wordy-wordy. ![]() |

Welcome, Carl; Your poem is very simplistic and raises some interesting questions. My answer is that there is only one way to gain back that innocence!!! Look forward to seeing more of your writing. Stick around and check out all the love and support here! Ellie 02 |
