Dear Lord I've just got to say,
A big thankyou to you,
You led me to passions,
You showed me the way.

Here I have met so many wonderful people,
Who I am proud to call my friends,
Who care for me and will stand by me,
Until the bitter end.

I am so thankful for this Lord,
New friends and family,
All gathering round offering friendship,
Which is what I really need.

I needed something else in my life,
And you sent it to me,
How grateful I am,
That you did this for me.

Just logged on to your poetry corner and your poem was the first one I have read. It is good to read some positive words of praise and thanks. Keep looking up, you have just opened the portal for more blessings than you can ever imagine.

Isis,
You are not alone here. Passions has certainly been a blessing to many of us. This forum, alone, has certainly given me a chance to give something back to the Lord as well as meet people of similiar faiths I might never have known. I join you in saying thank you to Him.
