My first born son. The joy that was mine, at the birth of this babe! God gave him the energy of two little boys, and two Green Machines he ran into the ground. As he grew he became a champion Pied Piper for the children who lived nearby. He'd organize games, teach all the rules, as they faithfully followed his lead. He's handsome and tall, athletic and strong, and intelligence all rolled into one. God gave him the gift to teach and to guide. With children he's a marvel to see. On each little face, a wondrous look of love and respect you can't miss. He's a friend that is true, like brothers are they. Through pain and through joy, they've grown into men. He's faithful and true to his God up above, whom he looks to for every need. He's this mothers delight, his fathers great pride. We thank God every day for this wonderful son. 02 |

Dear ELLIE, after reading several poems thast you have posted concerning your family--it seems that you have be more than abundantly blessed with a family of winners!-Each a winner in their own ways. What a blessing, and I am persuaded that you had sosignificant part in helping shape and mold them into successful adults and human beings. I know Alex must be proud of this great tribute! David |
