Our cousin, Rosemary
was widowed when her son was 3.
Twill be 5 years this spring
since cancer left that sting.

Two years ago Rosie's Mom had it
Surgeons said they removed every bit.
Now at 8, her son, Timmy
just started chemotherapy.

So once again to all out there
I'd so appreciate each prayer
for Tim and Rose and Nana, too.
It's so very hard to believe this is true!

They're attacking this aggressively
5 days of chemotherapy
and little Timmy's awfully sick.
I sure pray it can be licked.

Mom, you know I will keep them in my prayers!
This is so sad and Timmy is so young to have to go through this!  They have all been through a lot! Heartbreaking it is. But God is the ultimate healer!

Many thanks to each and every one of you.  I'll forward this to Rosemary, and of course it always means so much to know how caring so many can be.  Hopefully we'll see them in March when we go up that way. How very thoughtful to bring this before your group for prayer.  You're great.

Please add my prayers too. I know how it feels to have a sick child. May our dear Lord give strength and healing to this family.

Oh, this is a sad poem, but I know God will be with them. It's good that Rosemary still has her faith, so many people lose it after bad things happen. I'll be praying for them!
