"Let's Talk" Let's talk about things you don't want to talk about.. all the things you dont want to say.. You know, the stuff you think if you ignore long enough, will eventually just go away. Let's talk, let's get personal.. just us two, there's more than meets the eye. If everthings o.k. and your hearts not in trouble, then why do I hear it cry? I'll show you your heart, the place your held captive and a Truth that makes you free. But I can't do a thing to set you in flight, untill your completely honest with me. Let's talk about Me and get your mind off of you.. 'cause without what I got, there's no chance you'll pull through. Let's talk, let's talk, isn't this cool, our conversation carried by the wind.. And when your thankful to be able to talk to Me.. just remember it's through Jesus your friend. |

A wonderful invitational poem. We're fortunate for God's patience. In the second to last line change "your" to "you're"--it's a common mistake. |

Wonderful theme here,Shock Gospel. A God who truly seeks personal involvement in our lives, a God who really wants to help us-and who truly can help up-if we will tear down the wall of personal pride/nice illusions/and unholy pretentions. Yes, your poem says a lot that needs to be heard and personally considered--so we can possess what we profess. What beautiful witnessing! Good poetry, moving message. Yes, Jesus wants to be our friend, but we are sometimes not ready to accept Him. Even if The Book tells us He is there and He wants to forgive us, we still refuse to believe He h a s already forgiven us... We must stop fighting back, resisting His sacrificing love. Who is the elusive cHi-cHi ReVeRa? I'm afraid that will only be revealed when we figure out.. Where WaLdO is. For only WaLdO knows. As for how I know she's thankful, Jesus told me.. He said she hooked up with him oh.. 'bout 1895 and she is either really thankful for having lived such a long wonderful life or thankful her old butt finally died, But again the futility ends with the hard fact that only WaLdO Knows and well Jesus too of course.
