I Saw the Face of Jesus I saw the face of Jesus shining through a misty cloud His face and hands and eyes were painted on a weathered shroud Who rendered such a work of art? It was by Jesus grace He painted his own portrait with the blood upon his face His radiance shown through the woven fabric as he lay Entombed within a chamber where his spirit would not stay And so he left a silhouette, upon a fragile shroud I think I’ve seen his countenance within a misty cloud A darkness wrapped around me has brought sorrow to my days And now I look for Jesus’ face within the misty haze Elizabeth Santos Sept 7, 2000 |

(big hugggssssss) Yes, Jesus will always love you so very much as He does all and in every dark clod there is a silver lining and that is His silver smile! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is wonderfully heartfelt, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Elizabeth, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

He painted His own picture with His blood... but He also painted the picture of our salvation. This is a beautiful piece, and I'm glad that I came across it during my first visit in.. well, over a year!!! God Bless you, my friend.
