A Thread of Sound

In the silences of midnight,
There is still a thread of sound,
From the wings of watching angels,
Who are hovering around.

(smiles) Oh Betty, I love this, sweet friend, yes, angels are always guiding us as we sleep and though we may not see them in our hearts their whispers are always soothing! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Betty, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

What a lovely thought

I like the the angel touch here. Itlingers in the mind very gently.  A pleasure to read.

You are right, we are never alone!! I like to think that those wings make music, and that soft song is the comfort that comes to us when we pray. Thank you for this.

Most of us go to our grave with our music still inside of us.

I'm new here, and I've only read a few dozen entries. But this is the pick of the litter so far. What I love most about it is the simplicity. It is proof positive that less can, and often is, more. Please continue to not let the words get in the way.
