I feel your loving arms
I feel your protective force
keeping me safe from harm.

I understand the pain
the agony you felt
so sinful man could gain.
Oh Lord, especially now
teach me Lord to see
to look upon the lost
and see them lovingly.
But Lord I know the cost
the pain that you endured
so that salvation could be brought
to a lost and dying world
and when I see the great deceiver
take so many under his wing
my heart breaks for you my Lord
for you are my everything.

Beautiful verse. I do believe God's heart is upon the lost and dying and when we are connected to God as your poem implies... We do share in His great pain and His loving tears. God bless.

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Anne, this is sooooooo sadly touching, sweet friend, I too feel y heart break thinking of many who are mislead, and I truly believe because He felt a pain bigger than any other we could ever imagine, yet braving it to save us all from sin, that one truly has to feel pain to understand Him and somehow some can be more selfish than others and that saddens me! (big huggsssssss) My heart goes out to Him with you but know deep down He will always love you and He will do all he can to save all others, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart sweet Anne, thank you for sharing!

I often ask myself if the Lord feels the nails piercing into His flesh again evertime we sin. What do you think?
