God's Outdoors

When light creeps through my window
Before it's even dawn,
I arise to look outside,
Stifling a yawn.
A day of beauty waiting.
The skies are clear and fair.
I know I'll go exploring
The treasures waiting there!

Then once I start to wander,
I'll soon become a slave
To wind and tree and flower
And other sights I crave!
While I'm lost in Gods outdoors
I'll also say a prayer,
Thanking Him for gifts that He
Has scattered everywhere!
