TOGETHER WE JOURNEY We walk this path together hand in hand we journey far We keep each other strong so we never lose track of who we are We find the courage to let go of the things that keep us bound bound to a life of misery where love cannot be found We hold each other up In times of constant need On our mighty bond our true love does surely feed So as we make our journey along life's constantly winding track We have each other to guide us and our love to call us back Love is the life of the soul... tracie66, Such a delightful read on relationships.... We certainly do need each other on this journey called life. (Amen.) I was most inspired by your last line because I can read it in different ways. I like to think of "our love" as being our "First Love." In other words, the One who first loved us never gives up on us and keeps calling us back to Him and back to each other. Again, wonderful inspiring thoughts expressed here in your poetry.
