My Prayer I know you hear me father as on bended knee I pray, As I thank you for my blessings and then begin my day. I wish to express my gratitude and the love I feel for you. And thank you for my savior as your will he vowed to do. The suffering that he endured, no man alone could bear, The crown of thorns, while on the cross, that he was forced to wear. Then as he took upon him, the sins of all the world, The happenings that came to pass, as that dreary night unfurled. So for this reason, I am blessed, and now allowed to repent, For the choices, I’ve made in my life and the rules that I have bent. I ask thee, Father, for guidance, and for help in choosing right, That I may go and do, thy works and forever see the light. Please bless my family and my friends, that they might live in peace, And bless me as I read thy words, my testimony may increase. I’m thankful for my children, Lord, and ask to keep them safe. And ask that they might choose the right and help them to behave. I pray also for the government and the choices that they make, That their souls may call upon thee, and your words they not forsake. I thank thee for the trials that have helped to make me strong, And ask you to help me choose the path that will lead to where I belong. That I may someday return to live in heaven by your side, As along my path I heed the prompts with the Holy Spirit as my guide. These things I pray for Father with a true and humble heart, And thank you for taking time to listen and give my day the perfect start. |

  (smiles) Awwwwww, and I know He will always be there to walk by your side and your prayers will always be answered as He sends you down the primrose path of your destiny and provide what is just for everyone and sympathize with their needs and qualities!
