Should you go first
shooting through the stars
turned over in the sun
would you stay and bow down
in love's cathedral
and sing to his chorus hymns
kneeling beside me
would you listen to my prayers
beyond the prophicies of today
and feel my heart decent
mediating my faith in tomorrow
extending the bridge
that leads to forgiveness
and speak to me of his love...
