Alpha and Omega

What is a day unto the Lord?
Or even yet a year
And time, which means so much to us,
Is trivial, I fear,
Compared to all the universe
And everything that lies
Beyond our understanding in
The vastness of the skies.

The Alpha of our known world,
In Genesis was born.
Omega lies somewhere ahead
Until we hear the horn
An angel sounds on judgement day,
To make us all aware
God calls for a great reckoning
And what awaits us there.
But meanwhile, each must step the pace
Alloted to the human race!

Betty, this is very profound! I've often pondered the meaning of time and have come to the conclusion that time is relative in The Lord's way of things. Ellie

Trillium,

It still amazes me how very much the Alpha and Omega Loves us considering how insignificant in comparison we are and how imacculately awesome GOD is....  but, you are right we've got to walk our best within the limits of the pace that GOD has set for us.  Thanks for sharing and GOD bless.  -Bob

BRAVO!!! This is so very true, sweet friend, I too am astonished how we can even have a relationship with Him when His love is almighty and perfect and how we can all be selfish when we love but how deep down as long as we stay on the roads before us, we will step ever so closely to our loving Lord! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is so very touching, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Betty, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
