Blessed By Angels All night long, the angels teem Above your bed, so you will dream Of golden fields, where flowers grow And let their petalled faces show. Of misty air where butterflies And colored birds, adorn the skies. Of silvery falls and quiet ponds, Where weeping willows trail their fronds And in the morning hush, the dew, Is winking rainbows back at you. So when I dream of lovely things And feel the peacefulness it brings, I know that angels blessed my sleep And brought me memories to keep! I am truly blessed just reading your poem. I looked up the word teem in the dictionary just to see the exact definition, and this is what is shows. Teem: To pour out or empty So... all those lovely dreams are poured out over us! Isn't that a lovely thought? Deb |
