Choices

Now, here comes sorrow forcing me,
He takes my hand and tries to lead,
But I hold back and won't proceed.
I will not go.

Now, here comes sadness up to me.
Come be with me,I hear him say,
Yet,I refuse to go that way,
I will not go.

Now, here comes comfort pure and free,
And He invites, not forces me.
He picks me up and carries me,
I'll go with Thee.

Now here comes happiness for me,
"Oh! Can it be? Is it for me?"
Take it my child , I'll stay with Thee,
Now take it all, I'll set thee free.
