Getting up, getting down to harbour,
Setting out on the sea,
Praying for sunshine,
I see the morning star.

Preparing the lure,
Thinking back 30 years backword,
When I was a kid,
I went to sea with my father.
The night that came
I will never forget.

Out in the sea with storm,
I prayed the wind would stop
And God gave us light.
Thunder and lighting like a swirl,
Moving around surrounded us.
The tide was high,
The vase was broken.
Everything was slide to side.

Then the night came
I thought we would freeze to death
But God gave us hope
The whether was cold at all
In fact, I felt warm in my heart
As I knew God was with us.

And when the morning came,
The storm had stopped,
The sky was clear,
Thanks God who answered my prayer.

On the sea, in a storm would be the very place to find God.  Love, Joyce
