(I don't expect this to mean much to any of you, but I am writting it for a dear Internet Friend of mine, who is deeply grieving as he marks the anniversary of his beloved wife's death.)

I never knew your sweet Debbie
But she must have been a Gem true,
From the wealth of all your memories--
And the depth of the loss you've gone through.

Seems like Life's Most Precious Treasures
Just cannot be held very long,
But for a moment, we claim them as ours--
Tho' enthroned in our hearts, soon they're gone!

I was not privileged to know your dear Deb,
But it seems like I met her through you,
For part of her lives in your kind words of her
And also in all that you do.

Nothing can turn back the Hands of Time
But in sweet mem'ries she'll e'er live,
And give you a reason to Cherish the Time
When God's Angel, He did briefly give!

"The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away,
Blessed be the name of the Lord."

Those words come from a friend who cares for his friend. I could feel the loss vividly by reading this but God's taking care of her.

Deleeme.  This was great. That friend of yours is very lucky to have a friend like yourself. You have shown a great gift that God has given you.  Your unselfishness shows and your so willing to give everyone 110% of your time and thoughts.  God bless you and may God continue to use your talents for furthering His kingdom.
