    Put aside the armour,
    strip away the sarcasm,
    and shatter the uncertainty.

Give life to the spirit of optimism.
Learn to believe, for love burns everywhere.
    Nuture those great wishes.
Hold close to your heart, the fire inside.

welcome my friend!  I enjoyed this short piece very much - made me think actually of a fire within our hearts that burns for Jesus, and how Satan so often tries with a wind of doubt and uncertainty to blow it out - amen to your words of encouragement and desire to think optimistically - i am certainly encouraged, thanks for sharing and i hope to see more of your work!!

Indeed, we all should hold close that fire inside.  Welcome to the Spiritual Forum.  I hope to see more from you soon.

Makes me want to sprout wings and fly.  As if that is possible!   Even with optimism just don't think that will happen till the hearafter.

Nice piece on seeing our cup half full rather than half empty.  We probably all need to look for that half more often.
