Now that most the Hoopla's gone And things are still much the same, I plan to get on with my life-- (But not forgetting from whence I came)! Life is a contsant Journey That Birth starts us all upon, Despite barricades and pitfalls Determine, we Must, to go on! But even that's simply not enough It's not just a Lifetime to live, For Death does not cause our Travel to cease-- But another element and dimension it gives! So I seek to go On, and also, Beyond Doing so in these Times that I face, But too, in Immortality's Light I want e'er to be found in God's Grace. So let me be going "On and Beyond" In constant Growth, not plateauing ease, For then I'll know Life in it's fullest-- And, "Life's Crown" through Christ, I can sieze! "Our Creativity points to a Higher Creator--we couldn't have just happened, and for what ability we may possess--to God be the glory." -dlw- |

So many people fear death, but death is only part of the journey to our Lord. There, truly, is nothing to fear. The crown of Life does lie with Jesus Christ. Very well done. Michael |

We all should remember "From Whence we came", and none of God's children should fear death but welcome it with the knowing that we will one day be at His Feet. Wearing our crowns and new garments of silk; Walking those streets of Gold! You've captured so much in your poem. I'm blessed! You be Blessed!!!! |
