On moonlit nights, when I can't sleep and then a lonely vigil keep, I sometimes think that I can hear Heavenly whispers in my ear. I listen very hard to see If there's a message there for me, but if it's so, I'll never know. The sounds I hear are much too low. I can't tell what or even why. Perhaps some angels passing by, and I am hearing bits and snips of conversation, from their lips. My room may lie along the track that they're travelling, out and back. I wish I could communicate, but all that I can do is wait and see if sometime they'll speak out and tell me what it's all about! Lovely! I'm sure they are telling us of His Love for us! A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |

Trillium, Oh, your poetry is so inspiring as I think about all the bumps and creeks within the night air.... just fills me with an all fuzzy feeling as I think that angels might be present. Gosh, at times, I too wish I could hear what they are saying. Bob <>< |

I'm too out of it to hear anything at night, but I have heard plain as day, voices during the daytime. I never thought of it as angels though, frankly scared the heck out of me. LOL I agree with Bob, your poetry is inspirational, and this one is just wonderful.  <*\\\>< |
