You’ve done enough for me today, what can I do for you? just send me down my chosen path and tell me what to do. I know there are a thousand things that I could do today, but show me what you need from me and I’ll be on my way. You’ve given me a happy home, and family I adore, a healthy mind and body, why should I ask for more? You’ve blessed me in so many ways my needs are very few, you’ve given me enough dear God, what can I do for you? |

Just Love Him back! Wonderfully done! A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |

I'm glad you didn't pass it up, this was beautiful! You know my eyes about popped out when I read your first two lines. Bonnie and I were talking about a challenge for here, and I wrote and told her the only thing that's coming to mind is..."What can I do for you today?" It had just popped in there and wouldn't go away. When I saw it in your poem, it kind of took me by surprise. LOL Weird huh? This is humble, and just what we should be doing. I think we ask so much of God, but rarely do we stop and think of what we might do for Him instead!! ![]() <*\\\>< I know not what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future. I don't question YOUR existance - GOD |

Whtdove, That is very strange that I wrote the very lines you were thinking! (but God does work in mysterious ways doesn't he?)LOL! I believe that this is my first post ever in this forum but the challenge caught my eye! I like it here, I'm sure I'll be back! Debbie |

Romy, Wow!!!! What a blessing is your heart. Gosh, you make me feel like a real brat.... Well, not you but my own personal conviction. I do get caught up in the "ask me" attitude and forget that God has called me to be a servent.... What can I do for Him and what can I do for others? You have expressed a wonderful heart attitude and I do hope that you'll be back. Bob <>< |

Thanks, just an open heart that's all we need.Well done! A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes. |
