Mother keeps a watchful eye
On all that she holds dear
Doing what she thinks is best
Trusting in the Father for the rest

Lovely!

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

Song Bird,

Your image and poem for me are a delightful representation of a Mother's love and a Father's influence.   God bless all our little dears,    Bob <><

Thank you for your comments, just had to share the scene I was able to capture with my camera through my kitchen window, about a year ago. The poem came to me as I was revisiting the photo.
