In His Hands ~*Marge Tindal*~ I have walked deep into the valley and found a peace waiting for me there A day that I felt would undo me was taken away by His shouldered care The tears of sweet remembrance ran down these cheeks in torrents bared Fell into His hands, so cupped to hold them I thank Him for being there He took my hand in strength of His lending Led me from despair of sorrow He let me glimpse those who wait for me beyond the gates of Heaven on some fine tomorrow Father, Mother, Sister, Brother Friends and loved ones joined in song God said they were keeping choir practice until I could join them and sing along Oh, what joy fills my heart knowing that He thought of me He's willing to hold my tears whenever I have the need When life within this earthly shell ceases to be my home I will walk toward loved ones waiting I will join them at His throne Until then He'll hold my tears He'll lift me up when I am down There's a certain peace in knowing because He loves me I'm Heaven bound ! *Friends - this next week is going to be a tough one, emotionally, for me. I will be honoring the remembrance of the anniversay of the death of my Mother just five short years ago and the death of my sister, just one year ago. These are trying times emotionally. Please lift me in your prayers and in your thoughts. I need the strength of your friendship. |

Oh Marge, What a beautiful piece you have written....Brings much peace to this heart of mine. My dearest Marge, my lightest Feather I too have anniversaries, one for my father, one for my mother, and others who have touched my life. Do know that it does not get easier, but I hope that you will find, in time, that you smile more through the tears at all of the very best things left behind in you, and for you, through them, and Him. Marge my friend, This peice is so beautiful and shows such devotion to God. Because I trully beleive that if someone has true faith then God carries them through any thing they may have to endure, some times its hard to have that deep of faith when the hardest of times hit, but that is when he rocks your soul in craddled arms, I will rememeber you in pray dear sweet friend. Marge, this is sheer beauty. You have such a deep spiritual side and I am glad that you share it here with us. I am sure that your Mother and your sister are looking down from Heaven, so proud of you and I am sure that the rain is their tears of joy because of your poem of hope. I am truly sorry for your loss, I, too have lost loved ones. Although I cannot bring them back for you or erase the pain, please know that I will say a prayer for you and will be thinking of you during this time. That's what friends are for right! Marge-----my prayers and thoughts are definitely with you in these emotional times and there will be the day in which you will walk with them again hand in hand....but you also walk with them here hand in heart as they are so much a part of you.
