This Could Be The Day

Silence for eons
a chosen time, no man knows
angels take their appointed place
all of heaven waits...

This could be the day

The stage is set, the hour at hand
a distant sound calls
the winds are blowing
near, closer still

Bands of angels, soar through the heavens
in rapid decent they will come
surrounding the king of kings

This could be the day..

Tis true that we need to be ready "NOW" and not wait til the last minute as it good be upon us as we speak this very minute. Excellent poem my friend and I love the way you put the urgency in this one. Felt it all in every line of the verse.

How right you are,Rose- He Is coming again with His Holy Angel--but for the longsuffering of God--that day has so far been forestaid--it any day, any moment-He can call this world to an end- and all humanity into accountability-Let us be looking/preparing/watching and anticipating!!!
