My Crutch Written by Janie Mathis Some say to use a crutch Makes a lesser soul, Leaves spirits wanting, Proving them un-whole Say some to use a cane, Only for the weak, Thrown down to pity, Discharge them as meek But you can’t see My crutch Or My hidden cane Both which make me whole More than they who feign For on His cross I lean, On His strength and love, With His help I walk Lifted from above |

Wow, I almost missed this one! So many unbelievers say our belief is only a crutch and I love how you used that to agree that we indeed do lean on His love. Very nicely done. |
