"Where'd You go?" was what I asked, When the rug had been pulled out again, When I was too tired to try once more, I wondered where You had been. When I became too weary, And the hope seemed no longer there, When I made the molehills, mountains, When it all seemed too much to bear; I knew You couldn't have been there, Because You wouldn't have let me fall, What I had forgotten, Was that I had to make the call. That's when I started questioning, "Why won't You help me through?" In an instant there was an answer, "I came when You asked me to." |

You have reflected the scripture which reads, "Ask and it shall be given you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you." I am so glad that God is a perfect gentleman and never gives to us anything that we don't ask for... In the shadow of Independence Day,it is quite strange how independent I've become to try to work things out on my own and not seek God's answers for my life. Bob <>< |

Dear Bonnie: Been there, done that..... It took me a long time to realize this truth. You are not alone. I finally fell off my horse and realized that I can't do anything without Him. Love, Ellie Summers haunting melody that awakens the butterflies, calling them to join the dance in their silent song of praise to God. ellie LeJeune |

Incredibly well written and true indeed. It gave me shivers when I read this poem. I look forward, quite eagerly, to reading even more of your poems. Sheri. d D /¯¯\ /¯¯\ | ¥ | sheriliegh@sprint.ca \ Sheri / \Rob / Created by: Muad'dib \ / \/ |

So often we do make those molehills into mountains don't we? I know many times they seem to monsterous to climb. But sure enough like you've stated, when we call on Him, He's there. I could relate to this, and I liked this very much! |

Bonnie, Incrediably true! Wonderful job putting these thoughts to poem. Too often we let our hearts interfere, making these molehills mountains. Loved it. |
