GIVE THAT PAYCHECK DAILY He says"he brings home the bacon thats the income due but in God's house there are many incomes that are shared between me and you there is the income of spiritual strength and the value of respect and care there is income of our feelings and a pot of gold in what we share So don't just think cause you pay the bills you owe nothing else to your wife for the Lord requires full deposits on each account in life She may not have a money job but her dues is paid on time for she runs the house you live in and takes care of the children just fine The vows that God created were to connect two as one in all aspects of the soul giving you a guiding model His Holy Son So wife don't think your husband only has to make ends meet for he is to honor and respect you for this union to be complete And husband don't think that money is the only key for God wants you to love and respect her with true feelings unconditionally Listen to each other grow from the wisdom within don't rob each other of the feel that love seeds grew to begin Hold high the choice you made till death do you part love each other richly from the depths of your hearts For money is whats required to pay the household bills but the rich treasures of the soul and spirit are what you always need to be forfilled So handle with care the bars of gold that each of you are made of and give that paycheck daily the one signed by God the owner of love written by rose mary(c)5/31/2000 sadie1030 |

Very good Rose Mary! Excellent vows, a real heart-felt message. I think too many times we can lose the proper prospective on a marriage. Your poem really brings home the love priority. Jester |

Rose Mary, I started out grinning but toward the middle, so much truth was being shared by your lovely poem and by the ending, I was almost in tears. If the boys were only taught this in their youth, grow up knowing their roles as head of the home, in all ways, life would be so much easier for Christian mothers. Ephesians 5:22; "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord." I am running a copy for frig. as a friendly reminder to all the men in my family. blessings to you, marcy |

Rose,OOOPPPssss! My Browser, or what-ya-ma-call-it, is doing double takes on me today. So, when this happens, I just say I liked it twice as much. Marcy [This message has been edited by Alle'cram (edited 05-31-2000).] |
