From The Heart All the tears I never weep are in the ink well that I keep. As I write I dip the pen And tears begin to flow again Bitter are some things I tell, broken hearts and living hell. But all the funny words I write brings laughter to me in the night. Carefully I choose a word Cherishing a thought I heard, calmly letting my soul learn comforts me but still I yearn. ------------------ Yesterday is history, tomorrow just a mystery. And if today is good to me how could I ask for more? |

OhMe - That's lovely. I never thought of the inkwell filled with tears. I do now. Beautiful thought. I really do like this one. ------------------ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

This is a beautiful poem. I could not have found any better words to describe the tears that we hold inside. Keep up the good work. ------------------ Lynn Burdette |

Marge, Better in the ink well than staining the paper. Thanks, Lynn. I shall. Hoot, Too! Denise, I don't think I could stop it if I tried. Did anyone notice the A B C? The title once was A B C of my poetry. |
