stay sprinkled canvas of black ‘neath which we lie stay tomorrow and tomorrow do not say goodbye stay longer let me breathe the aroma that gets me high stay forever with dirty wings from murky past we will shake these beaten feathers and fly say something say anything to me do not glance my way with piercing eyes and not expect me to yearn for a deeper look wet your lips the way you do and expect nothing less of me, a devouring of your kiss I have said many things to you which matter not The words I long to speak.....trickle with cowardice back into my lungs “I need you...... so stay.” |

Samsonheart - You 'rambled' with sure direction. Sounds like you need to admit the need to emit those words. No better time than now, huh? ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Thank you for your replies, everyone. I just felt a tinge of loneliness last night and wrote that one up real quick. I wish I still had the chance to say those words to her, but she's already gone. Livin' in Arizona. samsonheart |
