This morning I checked my E-mail (I do it daily without fail). A great way for my day to start.... A Christmas card from my sweetheart! A scene of snow-capped mountains tall With sprinkles of a light snowfall, A tiny cottage, windows bright, With stars above cascading light. A Christmas melody then played All while the picture was displayed. It's beauty took my breath away - A precious gift for Christmas day. But, much more than the scenery, It was the words that got to me Of love undying from my sweet And how I made her life complete. She said I was the only one That she could truly count upon And she would have a perfect life The day that she became my wife. Yes, blessed I am that she is mine. My eyes devoured every line. There's just one doubt that does arise - Who are all those cc: guys?  |

IT'S A SHAME ABOUT THOSE "CC" GUYS, I'M SURE THAT WAS A REAL SURPRISE, BUT THERE'S SOMETHING ELSE POOR BALLADEER, ANOTHER "SOMETHING" SHE'S TOLD US HERE. I fail to see the comedy In the label attached as "cc:" Courtesy Copy to be sure To let them no they do not allure. Be still your heart oh ballast one To make sure that your not undone. At least we can take comfort and know It wasn't addressed first to Toe. (oh yeah...sorry about the pervert tag...lol) Merry Christmas bud! |
