What is love, do we really know?
I know it as something I want, and need to grow.

To have and to hold
I know love is like the gift of gold,

Something I treasure love in my heart and soul,
Having love for a lifetime is every person's goal,

They say that you find love once in a lifetime,
And the hope and dream of love u never want to leave behind,

Sometimes love leaves us over time,
But the memories and dreams are always constant in our minds,

There might be a time where your love comes back again,
So take the dream of happiness that love brings, so your life will be full in the end.

Well I got your page, but what I wanted to tell you is I like your poem, and I think it would do better in the open forum #4 where it could be read more and replied to more than here in Spiritual! I think it is more fitting for that forum. But seeing as how you don't have an email I can't notify you to tell you what I am doing. So when you respond to this then I can do that for you alright?

Welcome! What a lovely first entry. Often I wonder if poetry isn't born from love. Maybe from a lost love, hoped for love or even fulfilled love, but it always seems to be the core.
