Childish anticipation greets with such a smile makes a heart warm up and makes life worthwhile such visual pleasures of presents being unwrapped from children without parents to those handicapped Each child greets balloons with difference in pleasure some with a smile and some you can't measure but each and every child has a question for you why do they bang, how many colours, do you go blue? Then jellies are offered along with that cake and more children ask, which did you make? each child is so grateful for what they receive all when asked hang a stocking on Christmas Eve When asked what they want so small is their choice most of the time it's a mum or dad's voice but always their reasoning is virtually the same "cause I know they'd have time for my favourite game" As you sit brushing the hair of a toddler aged 3 & a half such small pleasures are granted in the way that he laughs his eyes will light up as any child's would do the difference being - he has neither me or you Sorry for not answering as many of your thoughst and expressions as normal, sometimes, I just don't have adequate words. RainbowGirl - Your heart is so big. Children are the real reason for Christmas and this poem touches my heart. Love to you ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

They're fortunate to spend even a few moments of the holidays with a heart such as yours, RG.... |

Do you remember a moment spent with someone special? Yes. We all do. These children will think back on this time and smile for the small kindness and tender love they found with you. Giving is what you are good at, RG. Your heart is a giving heart. And because you touch us all with it, we shall all remember you...... |

I liked it, Rainbow~could see all of it happening! Sounds like a great way to spend your Christmas. Nail to the mast her holy flag, Set every threadbare sail- And give her to the god of storms, The lightning and the gale! -Oliver Wendell Holmes |

This is what Christmas is all about. To the world you might be just one person but to one person you might just be the world. |

I'd like to thank all of you for your responses to this wonderful lady....I know her quite well, wish I knew her even more so. I've been aquainted with her for quite some time.....this sweet lady has not had a simple life, in fact, it's been quite hard....And after all she's experienced, still has a heart of gold. What a wonderful example she is for all of us. I only wish I had her fortitude, her kindness, and her heart. It's very rare you find a person such as this very dear person. This is the kinda lady ya want to take home to mom. With the exception of Ms. Suthern, I guess I've not met anyone with such heart.......the only thing I wish she was different with, is that she'd learn karate, use of a gun, use of a knife, and just a tad of "gumption" to use them......Or, that I could have been around for some of the BS she's endured......And just think?...She's still a damn angel?........We need another few million like Cindy.......What a world this would be....don't ya know? |

Heck, I'm embarrassed now, I'm not sure whether to tell our Toe to put a sock on it...ooops or tell him to come and polish my wings, they're so dusty I just can't fly anymore..*g* ..sorry guys, I get so stuck for words when someone says something nice, you know when your throat closes up and your fingers get stiff...or else I go on and on like now...but it's not that I'm ignoring your comments, I just don't know how to handle them. HUSG all< !signature--> ps: and then I make so many mistakes I have to come and edit them...now no comments please about Toe and the blow up doll..LOL Yesterday is but today's memory and tomorrow is today's dream...
